Dino)- So, Tell Me, What Name Do You Go By, & What City Are You Putting On For?
I go by the name of D. Prince and I'm reppin Santa Clara to the fullest
Dino)- How Long Have You Been Rapping?
Well I've been writing since I was 12 and been recording since I was 14.
I'm 16 now.
Dino)- Whats It like Being So Young In This Rap Game?
Well, I haven't really felt a difference, if I was in my 20's I would feel the same,
but it's a little more difficult if you don't have money to invest in yourself.
Dino)- Understandable! Do You Feel Like People Under Estimate You, because of your young age?
Absolutely, They think just because I'm young that I can't be lyrical,
or they think I'm just a "MySpace Rapper"
Dino)- Oh I See. Thats A Hard label To break free From too. What About Your Ethnicity? Do You Feel It Plays A Part In Their Doubt Of Your Skills?
Well I'm Chinese and White, which are the most looked down upon in the rap game. There is a huge amount of bias because I'm not black.
Dino)- True That. you Don't Hear of many Asian Rappers. Give Us A Little Of your History. What Was Life Like When You Were younger? Does Your family Support you having A rap career?
Well I was born in Oakland, California and lived in Alameda til I was 10 or 11.
I moved to Santa Clara and lived there since then.
Life got pretty hard once my father split and My mom and I were on our own.
My mom and sister will always support me.
Dino)- Who would you say are your biggest influences in your music?
My biggest influences for rappers would have to be 2Pac, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Nas, Locksmith, and the overall ones would be My family, Ryan Leslie, and last but not least the haters for motivating me to excel in what I do.
Dino)- Gotta Love Them Haters! So If you Could Work With ANY Artist, Who Would You Want It To be?
I would love to work with Eminem and have Ryan Leslie produce the beat, but right now I'm aiming to work with J.Valentine. I've always been a fan of him.
Dino)- Is There Any Chance Of That Happening?? (Trying To get this information first you know.] hahaa.!
Well, It won't be happening soon, but expect a D. Prince Ft J.Valentine song in the future.

Well right now I'm not really collaborating with any known artists, mostly underground emcees. I can tell you that on my next album to expect production from Team Knoc's Sirealz.
Dino)- How Do you feel About The West Coast Hip-Hop Scene? Everybody Seems To Think We've Fallen off. Do You Agree?
I will say that whoever says that are either Pop fans or tone deaf. I know for a fact we haven't fell of, We got The Jacka on MTV Jams, along with Locksmith. I just heard Warren G dropped a new album too. We also got Ya Boy doing it big, getting on the "More Than A Game Soundtrack." We haven't fell off, We just haven't sold out like all the other coasts.
Dino)- Well Said. Mainstream Hip-Hop; How Do You Feel About That?
It doesn't even deserve to be called Hip-Hop. I remember when it wasn't watered down and you actually heard some pretty good song concepts, now it's just about Swag, and stupid dances. I don't even listen to the radio anymore, If it should be called any genre..it should be called Hip-Pop
Dino)- Well, That being Said, How Would you Describe Your Own Music? Who Can Your Style Of Rap Be Compared To?
Well I wouldn't know what to call my own music, I would just call it good music. I guess my style can be compared to a little bit of Drake, Eminem, and Nas.
